How many days do I have to return?
We offer free returns within 30 days of your delivery.
How do I return my order?
We will provide a prepaid CANADA POST return label. Simply print and place the label on your return package and drop off at the nearest CANADA POST location.
How quickly will my return be processed?
We aim to process your return within 10 business days from the time it is dropped off with CANADA POST using the provided label from repyourcolours.ca. This includes shipping and processing time at our warehouse only. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. The refund is issued when your return is processed, but it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original method of payment.
Can I mail back a return using my own label?
We strongly recommend using the prepaid and pre-addressed CANADA POST label provided by repyourcolours.ca to mail your return. Should you choose to use an alternate carrier, you must contact Customer Service for full instructions and to obtain your unique RA # (Return Authorization). Note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and must return using a traceable method. Any product that is returned without an RA # will be destroyed and will not be refunded. Be sure to keep the tracking number in a safe place until your refund is confirmed. We do not refund any associated shipping costs.
Exchanges FAQ’s
How long does an exchange take?
We want to get you the correct size as quickly as possible, we’ll ship out your exchange as soon as CANADA POST has returned your item(s) to us to verify they are still unworn.
How long is my exchange request good for?
You new product is held for up to 10 days from when you start an exchange. In the event you mail back the item after the 10 day period we will process it as a normal return and refund your original method of payment.
Can I exchange for a different product?
We only offer exchanges on the same product in a different size at this time.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
No, we do not refund the shipping fee from your original order.
